Welcome to Health Rizz LLC

By using our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

This site is intended for parents, guardians, or legal caregivers. You must be 18+ to register a child for a Health Rizz program.

2. Program Registration

By registering, you agree to:
Provide accurate information
Pay program fees in full
Notify us of allergies, dietary needs, or relevant medical concerns
Grant or deny photo/video consent during registration

3. Payment & Refund Policy

We accept credit/debit cards only. Payment is required upon registration.
Refunds are provided as follows:
50% refund if canceled within 7 days of the start date
No refunds after the program begins
Full refund if we cancel a program
All refund requests should be sent to healthrizz13@gmail.com 

4. Program Modifications

We may cancel or reschedule programs due to weather, staffing, or unforeseen events. We’ll notify you in such cases and offer refunds or rescheduling.

5. Code of Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:
Treat staff and participants with respect
Follow safety and behavior guidelines
Not disrupt programs or harm others’ experiences
We reserve the right to remove a participant or user who violates these terms, without refund.

6. Media Usage

Photos/videos taken during programs may be used in marketing (with prior consent). You may decline this during registration.
All content on our website (recipes, images, logos, text) is the property of Health Rizz LLC and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Participation in cooking and wellness programs involves inherent risks. Health Rizz LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or illness arising from participation.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any medical conditions or dietary needs.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Google Analytics). By using our website, you also agree to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at www.healthrizz.org/ terms.
